Often landing at a small airport within minutes of your facility, our service engineers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to customers worldwide. Our speedy plane can reduce your downtime and save on fluctuating travel expense.
Our Service Technician / Pilots average 350 hours per
year in the air, or about 80,000 miles.
With the company plane, they carry a full complement of test instruments and spare parts, including circuit boards, SCR contactors and complete replacement controls. We will also travel for testing, set-up, and consultations at your facility . The Service Department team are also the main instructors for our Resistance Welding Seminars.
We repair most major brands of welding controls, often less than factory repair rates. We specialize in repairing Entron and WTC controls. Remember we also rebuild / remanufacture resistance welding seam, flash/butt, spot and projection machines in standard, multi-gun, bench and 3-phase style machines.
