Miyachi MM-336A Weld Checker

Miyachi Weld Checkers:

MM-326B
MM-336A

Note:  This weld checker is now obsolete and has been replaced by the MM-370A weld checker.

Features:

  • Simultaneously measures and monitorsweld current, voltage between the tips, and weld cycles for AC and DC welders.
  • Built-in high speed printer prints averagecurrent and voltage, standard deviation, failure rate, Xbar-R control chart, and a histogram.
  • "WELCARD" Memory card provides and storesdata analysis for understanding process control characteristics.
  • Up to 15 monitoring schedules can beset.
  • Records time and type of problem.
  • Has a preset counter to indicate whenthe electrodes should be replaced.
  • MM-336A measures every 1/2 cycle orevery millisecond.
  • Enclosed front panel protects againstoil mist and dust.
  • Bright, easy to read displays.

  • WELCARD Data:
The WELCARD records and stores 2,867data items for current, voltage, cycles, and time measurement. 7,168 dataitems can be stored if the data saved is reduced to current and time measurements.Monitor schedule settings are easily recorded. Data can be analyzed fromthe WELCARD or collected from the RS-232C or RS-422 interfaces to an exteriorsource.

    The Printer:
The integral printer is capablef printing current and voltage waveforms, histograms, deviation graphs,Xbar-R control charts, measured data, schedule data, and trouble data. The printer prints at 16 lines per second with clear, high resolution graphics.
